Pinpoint Tests

Do you happen to have Pinpoint Test Z?

I have error codes P0390 and P0394 with engine light, which spontaneously went away (but stored P0390 and P0394 remained). Pinpoint Test DR, on DR3, asked to do Pinpoint Test Z, but I can't find it.
