Does anyone know what these purple wires are for?

Old thread but on a 2003/2004 the purple wires run a complete loop from the driver front connection box, to the rear of the vehicle, to the passenger side, finally connecting to the fuse box and the VSM. The purple wire makes many stops on its route.

Yeah, purple usually has to do with door locks and rear glass and liftgate security. This guy posted only one post, over two years ago, so hopefully he figured it out.

Hi guys finally need to get this car fixed. Thanks for replying. All my electrical issues with the message center, non operational liftgate, cooled seats, parking sensors, Avtrack eadlight daylight sensor disabled + radio stays on when door opened + more are linked to this VSM Violet wire system. I just found this after the instrument cluster burned out and took out the backlight.
