I am fitting an aftermarket stereo on Monday....

JVC KD-S29 USB/CD Receiver with Dual AUX,

i have ordered the DVD retention harness, and want the wiring to go as smooth as possible - i had hernia surgery yesterday!!

can anybody give an easy step-by-step guide?

i will have the fitting to go from the existing wiring to the new stereo and the plastic to make the unit fit,

how do i go about wiring the the new harness? (i thought both ends were just plug in)

it an 06 Expedition, XLT - it was built in 05, but i guess that it goes by year of registration, hope so anyway, it is how it is in Ireland.

How do i put my truck info into the left-hand side?
