Hey Guys, my 2003 has been really trouble-free...i purchased it new and it has 270k miles on it. So it ran fine yesterday...this morning it turned over...quickly fired as usual....then stalled and now nothing but cranks over...nothing...doesn't even sound like it is getting fuel or spark...?
What would you guy check first..?

When you turn the key in the ignition, can you hear the fuel pump fire up? Thats a simple check. Most of the time this crank-no-start problem on our rigs is caused by a bad fuel pump relay, or bad fuel pump. FordTechMakuloco on Youtube has a vid about diagnosing this on an 03. Another thing you can do is visually check the relay - does it have burn marks and/or is it cracked? @Hamfisted said he has been through this at least once so he can probably help too.

Is it the stock fuse box ? Check the PCM relay in the top right corner. Swap it with one of the others there. Do you have a fuel pressure test kit ? What kind of fuel pressure are you seeing there at the fuel rail schrader valve when you turn the key ON ? Should be seeing 45-55 psi.
Spray some starter fluid down the throttle body and try and start it. If it fires up with the starter fluid but not without it, you have a fuel problem.

If you have an O'Reilly Auto Parts in your area, or probably any auto parts store. The Standard RY612 is the replacement for that relay. All those along the top of the fusebox are the same part number. So if you need one of those you can swap them around in an emergency. Good to carry a spare in the glovebox anyway. But the relay is about $10 at O'Reilly.
