what are you plugging in to the wire to give it power? it should be connecting to the original wire for your headlights. it looks like you have something on the unit plugging into itself and it shouldnt be like that.
the loose plug just above the bulb hooks into the plug for power.. heres the direction, hard to see i know

i would normally say maybe one is defaulty, but since both aren't working, there is something that we are missing.

Get a 12 volt battery and use wires to connect the termials to the plug above the bulb in the picture. See what happens.

ok, i hooked one up directly to the battery and it worked (btw: black is positive) lol
so what does this mean? that I need a relay probably?

ok, i got it figured out... there were clips throughout the kit just like stock where you can only connect the wires one way (the little clips click into the "fishhook" notch thingy) well the wires must have been backwards (figured that out when i saw that black was positive hooking up directly to the battery) so i broke the clips off and hooked the up "backwards"

light disbursment on with the stock headlamp sux, and I cant find the adjustment... where it says it is in the owners manual is wrong (verified by members of this forum) so I guess i need to full with that in the daylight and try and find a decent pair of projectors....

only thing that sucks now about getting a pair of projector headlights...you have to make sure that the new headlights use the same bulb as the ones you bought, or you have to buy a whole new hid kit :(

Congrats on getting them working...i can guarentee you though, you'll see loads difference if you get the aftermarket projectors

are projectors bulb specific, like different ones for hid than halogen?

now i need to find a set that work good, but dont look like the ones at the local ricer convention
