2ng Gen with dual exhaust?

Transmission Lost OD Trans Recommendations
New stall and he is building everything to the truck. So basically it's being built to match my truck perfectly until I pick it up I won't know exactly everything but it's all being built specifically for the truck the tires to power the cam.- kansas expy

What is the best oil to put in the 5.4L 3v
For what it's worth on mine which is a 2v not 3v I run amsoil 15w-40 with the bypass filter kit on it. Ford released a tech bulletin about switch 10w-30 on the 3v to cure the tapping or diesel sound with the 5.4 on start up. Help me identify a transmission ID??
A 4r75e will not work. The e is electronic controlled and the w is not. I have mine in the shop and they said it won't work so I'm just building up the 4r75w and getting a new torque converter custom made.- kansas expy

I dual exhaust on mine 04. All I did was make it go into a y pipe over the axle and once it's over I split it back out and have it exit dual. Once I get it back from the trans shop I will upload some pics for you- kansas expy

You can do it with just jack stands make sure you have a paint suit and a full face mask. And I don't know if it was the temp or what but it was dry after about 30 min so move fast lol- kansas expy

Sorry its taking me so long to reply work has been crazy. As far as road were I'm at they use brine and salt sand mix. The issue I had most is I live on dirt roads so I would get my truck covered in salt then drive a cover it with mud making it look nasty. As far as prep I would recommend using...- kansas expy

I bought a gallon and used about half. I wish I would have bought it in quarts instead. Even after I use it a roof rack I still will have some left also I sprayed it on highly recommend it vs brushing it on- kansas expy
