Yes - new wheel hub bearing assembly and new caliper took care of it! It still baffles me how the passenger side was quiet as could be but that's where the problem was! Riding in the car, there was zero noise on the passenger side. No noise, no vibration - nothing! You could only hear and feel it on the driver's side. Still surprised!Nice job man. You replaced the hubs assembly I presume?
Same thing happened to me. I swore the sound was emanating from the passenger side, but it was the driver side. You can take the wheel off and feel the friction when the bearing is going bad, but probably best to just replace them in pairs.Solved!!!!
It was a locked caliper and bad wheel bearing on the PASSENGER side! Even though the noise was coming from the driver side and the passenger side was totally quiet, the problem was on the passenger side! Drives like new again!
