2000 Expy Air Suspension Just Quit Working
Heads up I had the same problem in my 97 expo all 4 shocks were brand new it turned out my compressor died and I found it online cheap but if you replace the compressor replace the dryer at the same time.- 40eastvp

Egr Valve
Sounds like you are going through what I am I replaced ALL EGR components to find out the EGR port are clogged. You have to remove the intake and clean the EGR ports. Ford wants about $600.- 40eastvp

hesitation under half to full throttle
Heads up I have the same problem with my 97 Expo 5.4 I replaced my EGR,DPFE,EGR solenoid, hose, 8plugs, 8coils etc etc took it to ford and they said the EGR system is clogged and need to take the intake off to clean the egr ports which get clogged in the expo engine for some reason. cost is...- 40eastvp

P0401 Please read!!!
Yes we cleaned the throttle body and it also was like you said but that didnt help. we tried that before begining to replace all the components.- 40eastvp

Gear Selector P,R,(D),2,1 Problems
Have shift cable checked I had the same problem with my 97 xlt it turned out the shift cable was backing out of the tranny and once replaced it worked perfect. that cable is responible for changing gears.- 40eastvp
