01 Expedition - Short in cruise control circuit and it isn't the pressure switch

I'm not entirely sure what to think. The servo module seems to only be connected to the 5 amp fuse through the brake position switch, but when the switch is disconnected and I connect the brake pressure switch, the fuse blows. Something strange is happening and I can only guess that it's the servo itself.

Ended up getting a cruise control module from the junkyard and that fixed it!
