How did you find out the catalytic converters were failing? I have a P0174 code (system too lean - bank 2) and am wondering if one (or more) of the cats are going out.

To be honest, I'm taking a "GUIDED' stab in the dark. It's not throwing any codes, but what I'm seeing is from a dead stop it will pull hard up to 80-90 mph'ish. If I'm already cruising around 70 and floor it, you can feel it bog down. It will down shift and struggle to gain speed.

I know they have issues with the driver's side cat clogging up. I've talked to a few people who have already encountered this and says it's almost identical to what they went through.

Thank you! I appreciate it. My inspection is past due because no one has figured the CEL cause out yet. I'll give your suggestion/solution a try.
