My first Post to the Forum so hello Everybody. I just bought this 2007 Expo in February and now need the A/C. I used one of those auto parts cans to try to charge it but the clutch isn't engaging. The gage on the can is showing 40 lbs engine off. Any advice would be greatly appreciated ! Thank you all in advance !

Welcome to the site.
The can gauge is showing you the static pressure - which is low. It will usually be close to the ambient temperature. See if your local auto parts store rents ac gauges. Can gauges are joke.
If you are adding refrigerant make sure it is only r134a without oil.
