Lexol. It has been used by horseman on saddles for decades and is the best cleaner/conditioner on the market. My '98 explorer was sold (snif, snif..) and the seats looked new after 7 years and 130k miles in So Cal weather, all I did was Lexol the seats every 4 months. Dirt wears leather down really quickly. You can get it everywhere, it comes in a small brown jug.

Yesterday I called Lexol headquarter 800 number. They said I can find Lexol at Pep Boy's auto store or ACE hardware store. On the way home I stopped ACE and found it. I bought cleaner and conditioner. Each bottle cost around $9. Went home and tested it. It really works well. Lots of work and lots of scrubing but it is worth it.

Lexol web page has good instructions how to use product.

Thanks a lot!!!
