Can't Access #3 Cylinder!!!

Hey guys! i'm having a hard time getting to # 3 cylinder to replace the coil pack and spark plug. The 2 t-connector hoses are on front of the #3 cylinder coil pack. Is there anyway i can access cylinder 3 without removing the fuel rail? And what are those stupid hoses anyway?! It serms Ford designed this to be a PITA to a DIY guy so the he can bring it to dealership mechanic and the dealership is making money out it. Just my rant for the day.

Hoses are the heater core inlet and outlet. I don't have the 5.4 so can't answer the other questions.
