Fog lamp housing getting condensation

I dont seem to have the under fender cowl to prevent rain water from seeping into the fog bulb sockets and into the lamp housing. I noticed a few expos not having them either. Am i missing this part or is there an aftermarket kit i can get?

just a thought if you think the lens cover is sealed good pull the bulb out put a little grease around back of housing where bulb locks in to not on bulb though be careful putting it back in and you can try that or use a little gasket material thin cheap stuff should work
