fog lights rewiring idea

like the newer expos and f150's i would like to be able to have just my fog lights and my parking/side markers on without having to put my headlights on first.its a sick looking feature and i want in,i was wondering do any1 know the voltage and wattage of both the fog and side marker of a 99 expo??

only 1 thing i don't have the auto headlight feature,so where do i go from there

its basically the same just look for the right wire colors and modify the switch ramp.
