help!! 1999 expedition

i installed 2003 5.4 in my 1999 expedition..i have 0354,0355,0356 and 0358 codes.wtf could cause 4 coils to not fire when it ran fine with old engine till it locked up..HELP!!!

First move a couple coils and see if the problem follows. If it does you've got your answer. If it doesn't then check for a bad ground or damaged wiring.
