Not sure exactly what happened to yours and if its repairable or not but if yours is a 5.4 I have my original 5.4 longblock I removed from my expy when I installed my built setup. It was in perfect running condition other than an exhaust manifold leak. Its missing timing cover, balancer, valve covers and other misc items I robbed from it to complete my install. It is bagged and on engine stand in my garage.
