see the shinny stuff in the top grill....look at the bottom grill...unless the light is messing with the picture...those are cold fronts that are put in during the winter time to reduce the sub-zero air moving through the engine bay...was stationed in alaska and in north dakota and during the winter...you see trucks/suv's with the cold fronts in them...spring/summer/fall theyre out...

Here's a close up of what I have... it's just a grill insert cover... I am sure it will reduce flow a bit compared to stock, but as far as I know, it's not intended as a "cold front" - It has a lot of "holes" for airflow... We'll see this summer if the temp is high :)
I just bought it and it came like that...

Anybody use these types of cover in hot climates and had heat issues?
