How do I replace my flash unit

I have a 98 eb and the turnsignals do not work. I replaced the fuse and it does not work so I think it is the flash unit. Where is it and how do i replace it? thanks for your time

hey have you tryed changing your bulbs?

front and rear dont work i dont think it has flasher unit

Would be under the dash. Looks like a glass tube relay, can't say where exactly as I haven't replaced mine yet.
