First of all, I recently bought a 2000 Expedition. It has 64,000 on it and I need to replace the shocks.

I have read here about the Bilstein brand. The shop I go to can't get the Bilstein but can get and of course recommends the KYB brand instead. I have looked KYB up and read a bit about them.

Anyone here have any experience with the KYB's? Good or bad I'd like to hear it.

Thanks, Mike

From the reviews that I have read they are pretty good, and the price puts them in line with the the most basic Monroe or KYB shocks, and I know they will be better than that.
