Hey All,
Here are some photos from last year's engine work that I did on my 2007, Lincoln Navigator, 5.4L 3V. It now has just under 240,000 miles
I replaced the alternator, water pump, water pump pulley, thermostat, oil pump, oil filter, front crankcase seal, cam phasers, VCT solenoids, timing chains, chain guides, roller followers, lash adjusters, tensioners, fan clutch, a/c condenser, and all required gaskets, 5w-30 full synthetic Pennzoil, and Motorcraft, yellow coolant. All nuts & bolts were torqued to spec. In the year since I did the work, the engine has worked beautifully. For my next go at it, I plan to replace the dreaded spark plugs and recharge the a/c system. Boy, it's a good thing I like buying tools; I'm ready to open my own shop. lol
