lift and shocks

I am planning a 2 inch TT and 2 inch spacers in the rear. I recently bought four new rancho 5000s for my 1st gen at standard height. How bad will the ride be if I do not buy new shocks to match the suspension height.

It'll be noticeable because there's going to be less travel in the springs...if it's flat/smooth it'll be ok but you'll notice for sure on bumpy roads
