Ok they said that factory alarm fits 2002 - 2006...mine is a 2000....so does that mean it wont work? Im so confused...

prob not since they say it starts in 2002...i'd call someone and verify though...might be missing things and didnt start it until 2002...but i've seen cars made in the 40s and 50s with alarms...might have to go aftermarket...

UP, I had a similar DEI alarm to the one you have in my Pathfinder. All those features you mentioned can be programmed. I had mine programmed for the low voltage one. Everything else I left alone simply because I just really need the remote start. I now have the Viper Smart Start in my Expedition. I love the fact that I can use my phone to control all of my vehicles that have the Smart Start installed. I dont have to carry all those different remotes.
