A 1998 F250 seat cover would be an exact match, but a 1999+ F250 (99+ Super Duty for the matter) shares nothing seat-wise with a 97-02 Expedition.
The majority of seat covers, especially ebay, are fairly universal, so a bucket seat is a bucket seat and with enough elastic and staps anything can fit.
If its an OEM, Katzkin, or Roadwire replacement seat cover, where you remove your old seat material and replace it with the new, then no - this one won't work for you.
