there was a guy i talked to on ebay that was doing them and told me that he had a supply so youre paying for the tails/work...it was $100 then...so i would think its reasonable when youre buying tails and having them tinted...may be cheaper going to a shop...depends...in VA they hurting the wallet out here...doing it yourself only cost time and about $15...maybe $20 if you dont have all the supplies...matter of fact more like $30
