For faded black vinyl and plastic trim pieces (bumpers, trim, moldings, trim where windsheild wipers rest, etc. I highly recommend the TUF SHINE Black Restore Kit. It looks great upon completion and you can seal it in with the TUF SHINE Tire Clearcoat.

I'm guessing that because they include gloves, it might be a dye type product.

If so, you could try Showroom New Restorer Black, which quite a few ppl have tried on the F150 boards. It's a dye, so I'd only use it if your plastic is pretty much chalky white and can't be restored with normal trim products. It's also cheaper than the linked item
