Alright i need some ideas i looked at some old pics and my truck was level the rear of my expy is saggin. I was told shocks could be bad and if so a set of new shocks could take about 300 lbs of load off springs, or do you think my springs need replaced o and back is about 1-1.5 inches lower then front

if its sagging real bad you need to replace the springs as well. but new shocks would help you out too. but while your at it throw in a coil spacer so you can have it lifted like you want!

Shocks are not to lift nor does it support wt, all they do is absorb and soften the ride. If your rearend is sagging, then that is a sign of bad and worn springs. You can take the shocks off any vehicle and the ride height will remain the same. Not to say your shocks are bad, but if they are, it would not cause the rear to sag.

+1 for weakening springs... shocks only stop the truck from continuous bouncing... and not all EB have air... mine did not
