2002 Expe keeps doing this....

Has been a big pain in the a.... Every day, summer or winter.... I turn on the truck and after, say one minute I start to drive it. No matter what....every time, after I have drive it, say one minute or so, all of a sudden the Expe starts to shake, lose all train power, and seems like an old car that has no future, other than the wreckers. When it shakes, I take off the foot from the accelerator and then accelerate again, and again...and again....Then after, say 20-40 seconds of doing all that crap, suddenly starts running the way is supposed to. WFT? I have done proper maintenance on it. Any ideas? Thanks

Could be fuel related, either dirty filter or bad pump.
