Just dropped $1000 on two Kicker CompVX 15" Subs and a Rockford Fosgate T20001bd amp.

Can't wait to install these babies. Unfortuneately, I am going to have to wait until after xmas to install it as I want to install all my audio stuff at the same time.

Still gotta spend 500 on a new HU, 200 on a custom sub box, 150 on a speaker amp, and 250 on new speakers. Then another 300 for install. I wish I knew how to install it myself so I could save a couple bucks. But I want it done right so I'm not going to take any chances with me messing something up.

Those subs are sure gonna beat the hell outta my two 12" P3D412's. One 15" is twice the power of two 12". I'm excited :].

You could make yourself your own sub box. Its not that hard, just plywood and the felt. Use wood glue to apply the felt. If it doesn't work you've got time so it doesn't matter. Plus I'm sure theres HUNDREDS of tutorials on how to make one on the net.

Personally I hate sub boxes and would build it into walls to leave a stock look. But I use my truck as a truck so I need the room.

PS are you a drug dealer or something? how do you have so much money to drop into this thing?!

I work my ass off to get money lol. I'm only 17 so my only real money spending are on girls, alcohol, and my truck. And I never use the back of my expo for anything. So making it have a stock look really isn't important for me.

Plus, you could consider me on kindof the spoiled side of life. My mom pretty much buys me whatever I want on the holidays.

Yup, well my expo is my baby. After I finish all the cosmetic work, gonna do some major overhaul on the engine to get it running like new. If I'm dropping $8k into making it look nice, might as well drop another $6k into making it run nice. Plus, I want it to last me a long time.

And I don't plan on getting married and having kids anytime soon, so the only seat I need is the back seat to get my groove on ;]. Haha.

Why dont you drop all that cash into a 08' Expy? Then get all the bells and whistles. Just my 2 Cents.
