F150 7700 GVW and F250 Axle swap to our truck?

It seems simple enough grab a sterling 10.25" and then the posi front end and boom "Expedition Super Duty"... would it even work is my question?

You would run into issues with mounting and sterring. We have IFS while super duty's have solid axle. F150's use leaf springs while we have control arms. Can it be done? Yes. Personally I would much rather try it with the front diff out of a duramax.

The F250 not the F250 Super Duty... The F150 7700 had either a 9.75" or the 10.25" both are sterling axles and then I would only change the front diff and assembly because the 7700 and 250LTD have much more rigidity in the front end which makes it look lifted

Why not save money and just buy a lift? The 8.8 is not a bad diff though. I personally wouldn't change anything. The 9.75 rear in the expedition is a good differential and the 8.8's can be made bulletproof

because I don't want a lift they are complelty useless. my set up will be the 8.8 front with a 4.10 gear and long travel and the rear will be a 10.25 on medium travel coils or maybe some deaver leaf springs if i can make them work then it will be a 4.10 gear as well hahaha and then a zf5 or maybe a m5od i cant decide then a manual t case
