It seems simple enough grab a sterling 10.25" and then the posi front end and boom "Expedition Super Duty"... would it even work is my question?

Why not save money and just buy a lift? The 8.8 is not a bad diff though. I personally wouldn't change anything. The 9.75 rear in the expedition is a good differential and the 8.8's can be made bulletproofThe F250 not the F250 Super Duty... The F150 7700 had either a 9.75" or the 10.25" both are sterling axles and then I would only change the front diff and assembly because the 7700 and 250LTD have much more rigidity in the front end which makes it look lifted
