2010 interior light question

Odd things...

If the truck is off, I can turn the interior lights (reading lights) on and off by pushing the lights. However, when the truck is running they are off, and stay off. Even if I use the dimmer switch. I've also noticed I have no control over the brightness of the dash lights. It didn't used to be this way. Any ideas?

Using a meter check fuse #9 and #25. Don't just look at them Test them.

I haven't had a chance to check the fuses yet. I'm headed out to the truck now.

Didn't have to test 25. It was visibly blown. I put in a spare and as soon as it made contact it popped. Obviously have a short. Any ideas of where to start looking? Or is there something more sinister lurking...
