My air horn compressor decided to act up today during the seasonal low of 16F. It wouldn't shut off so I had to disconnect it. It only took about 10 minutes to disconnect the battery, disconnect the compressor ground and reconnect the battery. Unfortunately, I disconnected the wrong ground and had to do it twice. 
I couldn't feel the tops of my ears when I was done.

Let the wife drive the Expy to her Doc appointment in Wilmington and back.
Hopped in it and drove to the shop to pick up my F150, as it has thrown a very expensive fit these last couple weeks, and with snow on the ground (and single diget temps) I was not gonna do it in my driveway lol. Of course the first guys I let touch my truck screwed it up, sooo a part of this last bill was unscrewing it On the bright side Expy has been dead reliable, besides a small trans pan leak and a belt issue I haven't spend anything hardly on repairs. I Realllyyy like this thing

Ok good. My wife is a "perfect driver" never i a ticket or accidents but I give her my car to go shopping in and she hits a tree head on.
This happened twice in two different cars. She's no longer even allowed to move my car, not even on the driveway.

The wife can drive. My last DD was a 2004 Subaru Forester XT. An AWD stationwagon with 4.44 limited slip diffs, close geared 5sp and a factory installed STi engine. Which had some "love" and massaging to 355 awhp/345 awtq. Ultimate sleeper with quiet exhaust and a nonchalant stance. Hahaha She used to get ALOT of looks, especially when Craparos and Rustangs tried to show off and got their doors blown in.

Ripped a few donuts and did some drifts in the back 40.came around pretty quickly the 5.4 and the posi rear end along with a heavy right foot helped out

My wife can't drive for s**t. She's had 3 accidents in the last 10 years and I'm not even counting the time she drove into the house with the engine off. In her lifetime, she has actually driven into the house three times!

(1) She was parked several feet from the (attached) garage. She got in, started the car and put it in gear. She thought the car was in R, but it was in D. Instead of peeling out in R, she went forward right into the garage.
(2) She came flying into the driveway and simply misjudged the stop. Instead of stopping several feet short of the garage door, she stopped about a foot through the garage door.
(3) With the engine off, she was steering while my buddy and I pushed. All my wife had to do was steer it into the garage. She misjudged and sideswiped the entrance to the garage, scraping the side of the car and taking out the driver side (non-collapsible) mirror as well.
What's really disturbing is that she is actually a far, far better driver now than she was 15-20 years ago. Three accidents in a decade is a plus for her. Wait, the official count is 3. Unofficially, there are 2 additional unexplained incidents that she claims no knowledge of: (1) Hood scrape about 14" wide and 18" long in the middle of the hood. No idea how this even occurred. Did she drive under a school bus?! (2) Passenger fender side swipe. No dent, but serious paint transfer.

I had to get a new windshield in my Green Subaru Forester because of the wife. We have a big German Shepard Dog, Nadia, who likes to ride in the front seat and sits like a human in the seat. Well, the wife came tearing into the driveway after we just had a phone argument and stuffed the brakes while glaring at me. Well, while she was glancing so lovingly at me, the poor dog was sliding forward off the seat and slapped her forehead off the windshield, cracking it. Of course it was MY fault the dog's face broke the windshield.
This morning sucked, both my expy and my wife's Honda were dead this morning. There's nothing to jump a battery off of to start one or another so my genius mind came up with this gizmo in hopes it jumps the expy just enough to start and it sure did. It spiked the voltage from 8.9 to 12.0 instantly enough to start the truck. Though i did ruin a good power supply for an old baby monitor.
