Hi. i'm fairly new to the forum. It's about time I introduce myself and my beast of burden. I have a 1999 expedition EB. I'm starting to do things to it...I mean on the exterior...uhm...let's move on shall we. I've installed a pioneer nav double din, taken out the console and got a custom made subwoofer box installed (1 10" DD9510 @1500 rms), 2 amps (mono 2300 WATTS @ 2 OHMS, 4 channel jl amp), black trim panels, bought sun visor screen for passenger (not installed yet), and 2 dvd headrest monitors (not installed). On the exterior, i have chrome handles, chrome gas cover, chrome grille-billet, projector headlights (euro-style), and smoked out lights (or close to it). next on my shopping list are my 20 inch wheels. I must say though, with all my chrome pieces that my colour scheme doesnt quite flow. My colour is the same as Wingnut's truck without the lift kit. burgundy with tan wheel flares. I'm afraid i'll be disappointed when I'm done. Talk about faux paux. I'm not saying his isnt good, its more simpler, and seems to flow. Mine seems overdone on the exterior. Maybe it's because I have ugly wheels. Anyways i will upload pics.

i agree. the paint scheme will have to be changed to help bring out all the chrome without looking tacky. cant wait to see pics though.

Sounds cool. You are right. The EB colors are nice, but depending on what extras you are adding the color scheme can be a problem. But I love mine!!!

ur color scheme looks good lane. but you also dont have lots of chrome. mine was black with the tan until i took of the molding and painted the fender guards and bumper moldings.

I also have a huge matching vinyl stripe to accent the EB colors as well, so it all fits together nicely, but like you said, I'm not going to be adding any chrome to it.
