Took the wife out for a last minute overnight camping trip. Truck did great, though ******** me forgot to loctite the calipers when I did my full brake replacement andi lost a bolt from all the rattling, drive into the in-laws parking lot to pick up my daughter then couldn't reverse. What are the odds.

Btw 3" body lift is in the mail... Getting excited.

I have 1" billet aluminum wheel adapters going from 5x135 to dodge 5x5.5.

After that, I'm now running my 37's on the standard Fuel Throttle 20x12 wheels. No extra backspacing was needed.

And I just finished adding Long Tube headers to it this morning.

Holy $h!t am I impressed with the sound as well as the increased performance.

I've seen a shit ton of adapters out there, but none that were hub centric. I'd love to go to a 8x165 and toss the 16.5's I have for my old truck and some 37" militaries.

What brand did you pick up?

How'd that body lift go I was thinking of doing one on my 06 but I'm nervous about the trailer hitch and steering

Wheel Hub adapters I bought off eBay about 8 years ago. No clue from who. Sorry.

As far as my lift, I covered that in a previous comment. I'm not exactly but it was probably 3 weeks ago-ish.

The trailer hitch solution is in a previous comment as well.

Ok saw it, and how about the steering? Buddies of mine have had issues with major binding after the 3"

The long tube headers bolted right up.

PaceSetter LongTube Headers with gaskets and O2 sensor wire extensions were only $449.

On their website, they only have headers listed for the 97-03 F-150 4wd & 2wd. No mention of fitting 98-02 Expedions. Knowing the similarities in chassis, motor, and Suspension, I pulled the trigger and I couldn't be happier with that decision.

New stainless 3" pipe "y"d into new single 3" in single 3" out muffler with no tail pipe.

Don't judge us! You don't know our story...

I don't judge people....people judge me.

I was only speaking from experience.

I remember my first body lift.
I kept that empty box for 7 years.

My wife walked in on me in the bathroom one time and I had a ******* in my hands....with the installation instructions inside the magazine so she didn't know I was looking at the pics again. SHE BUSTED ME ANYWAY !!!!

I wasn't allowed to in any truck accessory shops for 6 months after that.

Hopefully your install goes better than the body lift install on my Explorer. Luckily I had another car to drive while i waited for new parts (broken bolts, body mount bushings....)

I've literally worked at two trucks accessory shops over the years, installing lifts, icon control arms, winch bumper, so many lights. I used to dream about lifting trucks that's how many I did. Loved it.

I feel you, I did a body lift on my 92 F250, two day ordeal. But at least halfway when I finished the cab I could drive it home for the night.

Thankfully I have a parts truck, 97 F150. It became insanely valuable during the time when I did my head gaskets. So hopefully anything I need I can salvage.

So the normal I shoved to big a tire on my truck and didn't space it properly problem?

Mine rubs at full lock to, but I'm running an aggressive 12.5".

That's wheel choice, not body lift.
