Please tell me youre not one of those people who refuses to turn on their lights during the day

Not on a bright sunny day no... if raining it's not only the law in NJ but it's just smart to turn them on. Do you run with your headlights on 24/7?

A couple of long, night drives on dark highways convinced me the gigantic fog indicator on the panel had to go, it was blinding when the panel illumination was dimmed. Seen notes here that guys cover it with a bit of tape. I left the smaller headlight indicator for now.

Astounds me to see folks driving without headlights as the AUTO feature is literally standard these days on all brands. Seeing guys with just DRLs in complete darkness is common too. Just put the switch in the right position!

My youngest daughter is 21 and she has been driving for a little over three years. She had a rock crack her windshield so we had it replaced and she said that she liked it because she could see through it. I asked her what she meant and she said that the old windshield was so hard to see through because it was foggy on the inside. I asked if it was still the same after she sprayed it with Windex and wiped it down. She got the deer in the headlight look and said I didn't know that I had to clean the inside of the windshield. SMH and she is a senior in college...

Andy, hate to break it to you but the kid froze up looooong before you mentioned the specifics of Windex and wiping.

The deadly word that smote her was "cleaning".

You just didnt notice her stunned expression for a few sentences.
