Led turn signal and DRL not working properly

Hi

THIS topic is about front lights

As Europe is a bit diffrent the US and in Poland now thay are looking of not proper front light i have a issue

Till now i hade a factor setting on FRONT turn and parking light - it was amber till now
Then i was turing side it was indicated by power

In Europe I need a white parking light and for turn signal - amber
I bought a LED light - dual color

And when the engine is of it is working properly
It is white when i put turing signal it starts to flash amber
but the the engine is running it is all the time white
even when i put turn signal it stays white and do not flash

It Forscan i putted the "burned front bulbs " - to disable

any ideas what can or I should change??
