Andy i wouldnt worry about it, definitely not a crucial component by any means. I do have those in the same location as 99whiteC5Coupe described on my 2007 but it isnt the exact part shown and i wouldnt be losing sleep over it if it walked off.

Unless it is a separator/support for fuel lines. With some abrasion allowing for a short, Andy may disappear in a mushroom cloud :flamingdevil: :angels25:.
You'll find that piping is secured to the vehicle to prevent vibration, leading to fatigue and failure. Seeing no mounting facility on the object found, I rule out piping (fuel, A/C, brakes, etc.).

I think its from someone else's car.

The similar part I referenced in post #14 for my 2015 Expedition Limited 4x4 does not have a point to secure it to the vehicle. It is a part that was only used to keep the metal lines apart, and also prevent vibration (without attaching to the vehicle).

Here's what you do. 1 go into the parts dept, ask them nicely could you print a copy of all the brackets that hold, or separate hoses/brackets.2, see if either your Dealer or separate shop would let you poke under same vehicle and write down where all the similar plastic brackets go. That's what I would do at least.

According to Andy (post 11) that part is rubber. And based on my limited knowledge, any clip/divider/separator with a slip lock is used in the electrical system.
Again, my knowledge is limited. And, moose, you might want to do the same analysis for GM vehicles, depending if one was parked in that spot before Andy.
