I have a 99 Ford expedition eddie Bauer 5.4., Prior to my purchase, air ride was bypassed and converted to coil springs. (I have a check suspension light, I'm assuming this is why) The problem I am having is when I accelerate, from a stop or at ANY speed, my front end seems seems to clunk and jerk to the right. Then it will get really loose for a moment and repeat. A tune up has been done, the ball joints, tie rods, brakes, tires and rotors are all fine. Help!

I think it is happening after you brake. After a trip does the front right wheel seem hotter than the rest?
Sounds like the brake caliper is sticking.
If it is than you need to replace the caliper. As always with the brake system you should replace in pairs so it would be a good idea to replace both front calipers at the same time.

The brakes and calipers are fine as well. It feels like it something rotational. As I accelerate the steering tightens, jerks, loosens up then repeats. If you coast along slowly you can hear something turning then clunk.. Then turn freely then clunk. It only jerks when accelerating or under load.

So is it tightening, jerking and turning free on every rotation of the tire?

You should be able to put on jack stands and slowly turn wheels and see what is clunking. Take a pick and post if you don't know what it is.

I don't remember if it was on this site but I remember a case that was similar. If you changed the lower control arms make sure they are on the correct side. The other individual had them swapped.
