Why would it be the rear if I only feel it up front and it’s a rotational sound that follows the rotation of the tires?

You're actually feeling it throughout the vehicle. When you're turning the tires are rotating the clutch packs in the rear differential.

Guarantee it’s wheel spacer related or something with the suspension angles causing this. Still looking for fix. Rumbling is specifically from the front end

Now that I had someone stand outside while I made low speed turns in and out of driveway, they said they heard it from the rear. Ie clutch packs slipping. Gonna be doing a rear diff fluid change plus friction modifier here this month to see if that remedies the issue. If not, at least it rules it out

I really don't believe its the suspension modifications. Change the rear diff fluid and add the modifier. It should take care of the problem. Its not in the front of the vehicle.

Trucks at dealer, they are starting with all new hubs, actuators, check valves and solenoid. If that doesn’t fix the issue they are gonna open up the rear diff and check clutch packs.

Replaced all IWE components under a TSB. Hubs, actuators, solenoids, all check valves. Issue gone. 4WD related
