For those thinking of updating from Sync 3.0 to 3.4, I'm happy to report I completed the update yesterday as per Cyan Labs instructions and software without issue. Took on the order of 45 min's. I used two 32GB USB flash drives and did the w/ nav software update.

only sucky thing, it is a re-install basically, so you will have to re-pair your phones, setup your radio favorites again, etc.

Just re-pair your phone. No need to do the Master Reset, which clears favorites and other settings.
Also, I do not recommend anybody that uses CarPlay to go to 20021(Newest on CyanLabs). It is buggy. 19200 and 19274 were more stable.
