I have 6 car seats in my Expedition (9,7,5,3,20-months, and 1-month) with the ceramic leather. Other than kids coats and stroller, it's typically spotless. Weather Tech floor mats are a must-have.

I get my Expedition serviced at my local Lincoln dealer because they provide a significantly higher level of service than any Ford dealer I have been too. I would have purchased a Navigator, but at the time (early 2018) dealers were 18-20 weeks to get one ordered. I'm hoping in the next year or two the Navigator will see a slight refresh. I will consider a black label (primarily for the service pick-up and drop off) at that point.

This perk is nothing short of awesome, especially if you have kids and don’t want to waste time waiting on service. We got the Reserve and it have the pick up service, you get it for any warranty work for the duration of the warranty on the lower trims and can add it for any maintenance to any trim if you get the maintenance package. It’s available for extended warranty as well but you have to stipulate that. We got it for 8 or 9 years on both extended warranty and maintenance plan.

Question about BL pick up and delivery...Is it ONLY for oil changes and scheduled maintenance? If I wake up one day and my driver window wont open or something like that...Will they pick up?

My dealer would, they would look at that as a warranty issue. My dealer came and got mine because I thought the headlamps were acting strange.... it was the up and down adjustments that they do FM for the auto leveling, completely normal. I got a loaner and a car wash.

So far, in my 2 years experience, it’s been for any service, maintenance, or warranty issue. I’ve had a call or two that they had diagnosed the issue, brought my car back while we waited for the part to come (rear tailgate button), when part arrived they came back out and got my car for the repair. Once I wasn’t home and they met me at the park I was at with my kids. The Lincoln service I’ve had has been on another level of awesome.

You don't have to get the Black Label to get pick up for service ... it comes with all new Lincoln Navigator purchases.
