Lokiwolf said yes but it is limited, I just want some other opinions also. I bought a Dell latitude laptop just so I could use Forescan but now I am thinking about selling it. Some sellers of the scanner say it works and some don't.

Depends on what you are trying to do. There's not a lot you can change in Forscan for 2007-2014. Some stuff, but not nearly as much as 2015+

What about the Navigator? They don't even list that in their brochure.

I have an 07 Expy Limited EL. I used Forscan several times in the past week (and past few months) on this vehicle. I used it to see which DTCs were causing the ABS light to come on. I replaced the ABS pump, which required me to fix the "as-built" numbers, again using Forscan. My headlights were either leaking (allowing water inside) or completely hazed over. I replaced them and put in new LED bulbs all around (including the rear bulbs). I used Forscan to disable the rear bulb-out warning. Unfortunately, there is no option to disable the front bulb-out hyperflash, so I had to install resistors on the front turn signal bulbs. I also enabled the DRL feature, again in Forscan. A few months ago I used the Mode 6 capabilities to diagnose which cylinder was giving me a misfire. I've used Forscan to track the performance of my O2 sensors, which are telling me that my Bank 2 catalytic converter is about shot and needs to be replaced (though no DTC has been set yet).

I also have an Acton scan tool (3157b, if I recall correctly), but I've stopped using it since I can see so much more with Forscan.
