What are these lines?

Can someone tell me what these lines go to please? They are at the very front of the truck going across the crossmember.

I have a 2015 Ford Expedition Limited 4x4, but can not answer your question.

2008 Ford Expedition Limited 4WD

Seems to be the vacuum line for the driver side IWE. If so, then the broken off connection is normal.

Yep that's a vacuum line that releases the front hub when not in 4WD/AWD

IWE vacuum lines. The little rubber coupler on mine was flattened on one side (rubbing against the crossmember??) and caused a slow vacuum leak to IWEs.
