Not see'ing it ... hard to tell. It "looks" like a damaged part.

I've bonded a lot of stuff back together. The trick is a way to hold it in place while curing.
That picture looks like a head scratcher, how would you hold it in place?
My first thought is to park it close to wall and make something to wedge between it & wall.
I would also consider a screw but most would poo poo that idea.
Sometimes you can Gorilla Tape it for curing, just be easy removing tape smartly.
Might be able to remove entire assembly & bench glue/clamp it.
That might also make a screw possible. Adhesive plus mechanical is good.
Nice thing with adhesives is .. if they don't bond then they just peel off & try something else.
Another trick is clean & sand a spot (each side) ... put a dab of adhesive on and see if it holds. If all good then go Whole Hog.
