Re-Wire power points to acc timeout?

Curious if there is any way to re-wire the power points on my 2012 el limited so that they time out with the accessory delay? Currently all power points except the Edison in rear console stay on all the time allowing the battery to drain if something gets left plugged in.

In my 2013 Fusion I was able to change the timeout duration in the BCM with Forscan.. dunno if that’s feasible in a 2012 Expedition
