There's a quick connect fitting on the coolant reservoir that goes bad on these also, it's nice that your leak isn't real bad, but that unfortunately makes it difficult to find. Try to keep your sanity

That is what the weep hole is for on the water pump to let you know its time to fix the water pump without getting stranded.

didn’t realize that. Yeah when I saw puddles the past 2 days I knew it was time to do something. Not sure how hard of a job that is to replace the water pump. They charged 500 total

LOL if someone can't tell the difference between oil and water, then all the advise on this forum isn't going to help. That is what keeps dealers and shops in business.

Nah you did alright and supported the economy. You paid someone else $500 to fix it. I have clients who are doctors and lawyers who couldn't tell the difference either...
