Can I change my display to show.....

2012 Ford Expy w/5.4 V8

Can I use Forscan or something to change the display to show:

digital speed
water temp
fuel level

When I have both water temp and gas, I see RPM's. Can I change it somehow?

I don’t think the 2014 earlier expys can because of the lack of a digital cluster like the late 3rd gens with the type 3 cluster that u included in your post

Can use a HUD display that will show all that or possibly some other display unit that will plug into the odb port
