If you are already going to tint shop, know the rear glass does nothing to block uv and heat. It’s privacy only. Better to get the uva rated stuff all around.

can’t help you on tires. It’s snowy here now, but we don’t get enough to matter that much to me.

But I would be careful too, read the number of folks with the rear defroster connections falling off. Something tells me tinting the window could be enough for them to deny warranty work later.

We all know a good tint shop won't cause issues, but seems like an easy out for ford.

Think I am leaning towards the Toto AT3 once these factory wheels r done. Still have a lot of life on them.

This post has been really helpful to me. I think at this point I'm going to get as much out of these crappy factory tires as I can, by maybe next fall I will invest in a new set that can take the winters here, but still be great all around all season tires. Really wish the Nokians were in the 22s.
The Nokian have an AT in 22 which are apparently great, just have a wait time as well

Have them on my Lariat in 22".

They are a great tire and look awesome.
Have zero issues with them so far.
Would order them for the Expedition but wanted to experience something different.
The Nokians are pricey in AT and longer wait.
Falken are out of stock here for quite awhile.
The BFG just not interested in those.
Looks like it will be the Cooper AT3. Price is reasonable, good reviews, and in stock.

Correct me if i'm wrong, the last time I looked though, only the AT's were available in 22's, not the plus which is what everyone recommends, maybe I should go look again. (I just double checked and only the standard AT's are available in 22, the plus models aren't, at least based on the Nokian website).

I replaced the Hankook Dynapro ATMs with Cooper Discoverer AT3s a couple of months ago. In limited towing, I don't really notice a stability difference (P-metrics for both). I have lost about 1/2 mpg, but gained considerable wet and snow traction. I used to get stuck in 4" of wet snow with the OEMs in 2H. With the Cooper's I can get around just fine in 2H.

I had the Cooper AT3 4S on my '17 Limited Max and they were soft. I wore them out pretty quick and with less than 2000kms of towing.

I switched back to General Tire Grabber A/TX that are all season in my size.
