Can anyone tell me how to get door entry code for my 2002 gen 1 expedition without going to main agent thanks

There is a spot on the passenger side, up near the fuse panel that has the code.
I don't remember exactly where, its been over 1o years since I had to find mine, but it is there somewhere.
Hope that at least gets you started in the right direction.

The keypad could just be dead, these trucks are getting pretty old. Without having a known working pad it's just guessing what has failed. I managed to find a near mint condition one to replace the dented one on the wife's Navigator a a local u pull it uard for about $15. Winter is on us but might be a good place to start. It is probably worth making sure it's plugged in as well. No telling whether someone has worked on that door before and maybe unplugged and forgot or damaged a connector in there unless you've owned it since new.
